Sonesta Simply Suites Hampton

The hotel was exceptionally clean, and equipped with all the amenities that I needed!!!! The front desk manager Chris was very pleasant and welcoming!!!! And for the price, I can't even explain. It was my Birthday weekend, and I enjoyed every moment of it!!! I will definitely be coming back, and referring friends and relatives!!!!!

Just arrived, but much better than I imagined. I've been a huge fan of Home2 suites since it's inception. Now there's a formidable competitor.

Sonesta simply Suites in Hampton on Butler Farm Road is a great place to stay is comfortable clean quiet it's just like being at home you can wash your clothes they have a great room where you can buy snacks that they have a gym area it is a very nice place to be and all the people are friendly and very very helpful I loved it

Worst managed hotel I've ever stayed at, I stayed there twice now and had problems both times with staff doing a horrible job. I book my hotels on an app, and my company pays for it. First time I stayed, I requested to extend my stay 3 days prior to when I was supposto be checking out, and asked if they could just extend it with the company card that was on file, I was told it wouldent be a problem. At 10 p.m the night of the extention of my stay starting, I get a call telling me I need to come down and pay for the room for that day. AT 10 AT NIGHT. I Explain to them I extended my stay 3 days ago and it was to be paid for with the company card that had on file, they told me they couldent do that and I needed to come down and give them my personally card to cover the room for that day. I offered to give them my company's information so that could get paid that way, they acted as if that wasent an option. I left the following morning after giving them works information to get paid and telling them I am not giving them my personal card for thier mistake. Had I been told they can't extend it I could of simply rebooked through the app to extend my stay. I stayed there again shortly after to give them another chance, Apon arrival checking in, I was told that the app I booked thru didn't seam to have a company card on it, the guy at the desk acted super helpful and told me he would track town the card and get it takin care of for me, but needed my personally card to cover incidentals. A 20 doller charge. And I blantly asked him if you can't figure out the company card, please alert me first and we'll get it figured out together, DO NOT CHARGE MY PERSONAL CARD, well I woke up in the morning to about 1600 dollers takin out of my personal account from sonesta suites, so instead of doing as he said he would and letting me know he didn't find the company card he took it out of my account with out my approval.
