Went to outback for lunch today and did curbside service. Zion was the one who greeted us. He was so very polite and attentive to us. Food came out nice and hot and fast. We made sure to get Zions name because he left a good impression on us! Got home and ate our food and it was all so delicious!
Great experience! Quick and distanced seating. And amazing service from our server Antonio. The food was nicely cooked and brought out quickly.
I’ve been to various Outback’s but the staff at this one seemed overly friendly. I’m not sure if it was because it was Friday and they got paid or what but it was refreshing after a long day. Our server (Devontae) was definitely all about making sure all his customers were good. He was great with kids as well. Drink review: kiwi ‘Rita was a perfect little drink to me. Definitely worth giving a try.
It was fantastic except for the fact I got a bad cut of steak. No fault of theirs, just luck of the draw I guess. They were very kind and apologetic about the whole ordeal. Heather was our waitress and she was wonderful and warm to us! No worries in my not returning! The steaks are fantastic! Just wasn't my night I guess! Lol would recommend!
Ordered online, said it would be 27 minutes. Pulled up to curbside 20 minutes later. Received a text within 10 minutes after arriving stating my food was almost ready. Waited 35 more minutes and went to the curbside door and asked about my food. Gave 3 different people my name and they went to check, but no one came back out and told me anything.
