Updated from 1 star to 5.nI haven't been here in 4 years and I hope its change of staff that made it improve. This store is close to my house but I have been ignoring it. They suggested thr cold pumpkin spice and it is amazing! Last time the cold coffee tasted burnt. Now... im super impressed and I think I will test them out again later to see if I am willing to be a regular customer!
Lately we don't even get what we ordered and they hardly ever put the order stickers on the cups. Today the coffee tasted like watery grounds and we got some super sweet vanilla thing instead of 1 pump hazelnut swirl.nHave had to go back multiple times in recent weeks to have orders fixed. Not sure what's changed but it's terrible!
Great service was provided from the drive through window assicuate.
This is my preferred Dunkin. I have been coming here since I was 16 getting iced coffee. I’m not sure what has recently changed but the coffee seems to always be gross and the drive through takes forever. I was told to wait out front for 2 hashbrowns and a frozen coffee. It took 20 minutes and the hashbrowns were cold and the frozen coffee was melted. I overheard another customer complaining that the manager Sean was being rude and speaking to the employees like they were incompetent. Sean, I believe you’re the problem.
Every single time we’ve come to order for the past year, they have been out of something. Whether it’s bread or donuts.. they’ve been out of milk completely. There’s no way I’m coming back.
