Food was of usual Panera quality. Tasted great, assembled perfect, and customization was accurate. Staff was friendly. Order was quick, efficient.nnThe dining room and bathrooms were dirtier than most Paneras I visit. This is a smaller location on a busy corner. Don't park on the ChicFilA side, you'll get stuck in your parking space waiting to get out. They offer outdoor seating. You can order online and pickup inside, you can order at the kiosk or register and eat inside or out. No curbside option available.nnOverall, I recommend this location. Busy or not, cleanliness should improve.

Fast service during lunch rush. Good food. Spacious seating in compliance with social distancing. Friendly and helpful staff. What more can you ask for?

Showed up to pick up my pre-ordered large takeout which wasn't ready when I got there, was not greeted at to go area so I proceeded to the other side of store where walk-in orders are placed. The associate there said she couldn't help me and I would need to go back to take out area, go back..wait again, still not greeted or asked if I needed help. Finally I asked someone if I was in the right place to pick up my order and this associate told me I had to go back to the other area near pastries. Eventually after about 20 minutes of going back and forth a gentleman met me with the catering bag, I expressed this was incredibly unorganized, to which he laughed it off and apologized. Make sure you order your food with ample time since you'll likely be waiting in a circus of nobody knowing what is going on anyway and don't expect customer service, at all. You might have better luck just preparing your own order.

I love Panera but this location has had some issues lately. They mess up my pick up order here and there and that would be no big deal but today I ordered for delivery and while the emails said it was delivered it in fact has not been. I've tried calling the store many times and no one is answering the phones. It's even between meal times so they should be available. There's no other way to contact them either.
