We’ve been shopping at this location for many years. The services offered and products for birds are great. A bit on the expensive side though. Chewy is definitely competitive when it comes to prices. Customer service is also great. The reason I give 4 stars is because of the cocktail that is very under kept and I think has been at the store for several months. It’s so sad to see this beautiful bird still at this store! I saw the 25% off From almost $300. This is not going to help find this bird a forever home. Not to mention how badly neglected it looked. Please care for this bird and possibly consider drastically reducing the price.

Animal personal upkeep. The employees are great they show interest in your animals. They know the answers to all your questions and concerns for your animals. their vets are awesome with your animals their kind and very gentle with your animals. They always helped me and they show they like your animals. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know the Petco store and their vets are awesome with the customers and the customers pets.

My senior dog was in need of a nice warm bath after recovering from a brief illness. She’s been a long term customer at Petco, Maryland. I was happy to find out this specific location at Coliseum Central provided the same quality service. The staff was sweet, knowledgeable and empathetic. As a senior dog the vet recommends only a warm bath and nail trim. I’m happy she is not forced to be on the stainless steel grooming table, which makes her nervous. The staff is adorable and always happy to see her. Kudos!
