Pendergast & Painter is simply the best. Working with Nicole & Kelsey to design a custom engagement ring was fun, super easy, and absolutely stress-free. They are both very knowledgeable, approachable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. They made the process feel so personal by taking the time to get to know our story, guiding us through a design process that resulted in a ring imbued with the essence of our relationship. The engagement ring is truly stunning, and well-crafted. It is everything that I had imagined and more: the look & feel, scale & proportions, and execution are all flawless. Nicole & Kelsey absolutely nailed it! I highly recommend Pendergast & Painter.

If you are looking for an engagement ring, save yourself some time and just go with Pendergast & Painter. I worked with Nicole on getting both my engagement and wedding rings. She is very knowledgable, professional, and personable. She genuinely cares about you as a customer and will get you the most value with your diamonds. She took what often times is described as a difficult and stressful decision and made it an easy and seamless one. The big box brands that you see on TV just cannot compare!

Nicole and Kelsey are true professionals and made the entire process fun for me! Like most, I was clueless on where to begin. I value being educated in regards to large life purchases such as these. They took the time to understand what my fiance was like so I could create the perfect ring for her and helped me understand what I was buying. Never felt pressured into any one direction which was amazing. Best part, I got to view and touch the stone before it was set! You are not going get that at a major retailer of rings/gems.nnExceptional service, full stop. 10 out 10. Don't be a fool, make an appointment with them!

The level of service and expertise I received from Kelsey and Nicole was second to none when searching for my fiance's engagement ring. After my initial research, I felt very overwhelmed, but I was referred to Pendergast & Painter. I was apprehensive at first as I live on the East Coast, but they came very highly recommended and they really put my mind at ease from the second I started working with them. From finding the perfect diamond, to narrowing down the perfect setting, and even helping me guesstimate the correct ring size, everything they did was exceptional. My fiance loves her ring and has received endless compliments on it. I would highly recommend Pendergast & Painter!
