I have been to Marci jewelry for three purchases and all have been fantastic. I usually seek out Jon Jr for help. He has helped me pick out a pair of diamond earrings and a new wedding band. They were also amazing at designing and making a custom beautiful necklace for an anniversary gift. It turned out amazing and my wife wears it all the time. Everything has always been extremely professional and easy. It great to know if I need something they are there to help.

Had a great initial experience with Marci in getting two rings setup for repair along with an additional purchase. I reached out via chat to text from their website, setup an appointment via text and was welcomed right in when I arrived a bit early. The service was top notch, I had a minimal wait and immediately connected with John Borghes who will be doing the work. He was friendly, professional and totally understood what I need. He provided me with several options and really put himself in my shoes to help me make the best, fully informed choice. I can tell he really knows his stuff and I trust I am going to get a spectacular result when I pick up the rings. I am super excited to see the results and present them to my wife.

I have purchased a couple of beautiful necklaces, engagement ring and a wedding band from here. All super fine quality still to this day. Excellent customer service and always a pleasant experience when I stop in. Every staff member is knowledgeable and friendly. They always remember my name and offer a wonderful shopping experience, highly recommended!

I have been a Marci's customer for more than 20 years. I have found that they are helpful and attentive even when I am not buying a big ticket item. It is nice to see the same staff working there which means to me that they take good care of employees and customers. I recommend Marci's to anyone that is shopping for jewelry.

This is my third visit to Marci Jewelry for modifications and repairs and the staff have always been very courteous and professional and very fair pricing. They have a master jeweler on site that does his own work and has brilliant design ideas to make your current jewelry look spectacular.nIf you want a custom design, a repair or improve what you already have this is the place to go.
