Jimmy helped my mother make a decision on which space best fit my needs. Took his time explaining coverages and pricing to make sure we felt 100% comfortable with the space we were getting because it will mostly store baby clothes/items. Associates like jimmy & Sydney deserve praise for the great work they do! If you need help these are definitely the people to see!! 10/10
The management and the store associate are very patient and kind and willing to help you in anyway.nThe storage unit is clean temperature controlled and safe.I Will recommend this to anyone in the area or out of the area that needs a storage facility.nI’d like to thank the store associates and Manager Jimmy for all the help they have done for me.
Very clean, convenient, and well run facility inside and out. Friendly manager that provided excellent customer service from the start. I was very impressed with this facility and would highly recommend this location for anyone looking for space in the Richmond/Midlothian area. Thanks again!
Jimmy was very professional and really helped me out! He gave me a tour and provided me with all information that was needed. He made me comfortable with moving in and I will definitely continue to use Cube Smart as a storage service.
