I highly recommend going with this Two Men and a Truck location. I was moving a little over two hours away and decided to find a company near my destination rather than local. Denise was very helpful and detailed when giving me a very reasonable quote. She also called moving day to make sure everything was going smooth, which was nice. On the day of, Tim and Dre arrived at the agreed upon time, was in constant communication from start to finish and completed loading/unloading much faster than anticipated.nnThis was my first experience with using a moving company and it was great. It was definitely worth the investment. Give them a call!
I would absolutely never recommend this company to anyone. Prior to my move I spoke with someone on the phone who asked me questions about how many items I had to move. I stated that I had left my furniture for the new buyer so I only had boxes. I was told that I would be better off to pay a flat rate of $1500 vs an hourly rate to move said boxes. The crew showed up with a truck plenty large to hold my boxes however did not stack them thus running out of room quickly. I was told that we could go to my storage unit and unload them however once there I was notified that they only make one trip and wouldn’t be returning to get the rest of my boxes. They arrived at 10am and left at 3pm leaving me with half my boxes to move one day before closing. Had I paid hourly would they have at least completed the job? Who knows. The following day I received a text message asking if I was pleased with my service to which I of course responded that I was not. I was told that a manager would contact me. This, as expected, did not happen. I would never recommend anyone use this company.
Mike and the guys did a fantastic job! They were professional and demonstrated excellent customer service throughout the move. They were proactive in asking questions and making suggestions before moving items. They assessed the situation and took the appropriate steps to ensure safety and efficiency.nnI would recommend Two Men and a Truck as well as Mike and his team of movers!
I used this awesome moving company last year when they helped put my apartment stuff into storage and recently used them again to move my storage unit things to my new house. They moved in a timely manner and unloaded every piece I own with a single scratch or dent. 5/5 would recommend
Parents booked a move for today. When she booked with Marissa it was explained that some light packing would need to be done and blankets would be needed for mirrors.nnCrew arrived this morning and asked what needed to be done. After explaining what needed to be done your associate called your office and someone at the office said to my mom that those details were not in the notes.nnThen he says guess we won't be doing business together then. No offer of a solution or anything. If that's what you call professional you better check again. They had such a great experience with your South Carolina office maybe you should train with them.
