I've had custom engraving done twice by Joseph Jewelry. Both times it turned out beautiful. The original project required hand engraving that has held up for 7 years and still looks great; the more recent project was able to be done by laser with same-day turnaround and also looks fantastic.nnWhen looking for Engagement rings several years ago, the employees were very helpful and helped me go through a variety of designs and understand exactly what I was looking for. Even though I did not end up purchasing from them, I was very impressed with the customer service and will always consider them when looking for jewelry in the future.
