Excellent portable storage company! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. On demand delivery and pick up of the containers makes moving hassle free.
Customer service was great when I signed up for the smart boxes. They worked with my schedule as far as when I needed them picked up and dropped off at my new place. Only thing I had an issue with was closing the box doors. The piano hinges are warped so the clips won’t latch or line up and it was a little difficult to place a lock on it. All my items arrived with no damage so overall I’m very happy with the service.
Although the delivery was a bit later than planned, the delivery person was very pleasant and accommodating. The box is in very good shape, although a bit on the small side. Fit our needs perfectly.
I have used Smartbox for big moves and storage while my house was on the market. Everyone was great to work with and the product is user friendly. Great community partners also!
I have few complaints about this SmartBox. Not only was it easy and convenient, but the customer service I experienced was excellent. Besides the fact that my boxes locking mechanism was somewhat broken, something easily fixed with higher maintenance standards and increased inspections, I had a great experience. I plan to use this service again!
