The employees at Extra Space have been more than helpful every time I come by. They are respectful and kind and made it easy to obtain a unit. Tiana, in particular, has gone above and beyond to help my family and I. She is very knowledgeable and always knows the answers to give when I have any question. She helped us during our move out process to make it stress free and easy. Thanks so much!
Dana was incredibly efficient in advising me of the best moving box kit for my needs. I called ahead and picked up in a flash. She communicated clearly, politely and was a wonderful advisor. She also helped me carry everything out to my car. I don’t often leave reviews, but am now because of her stand out exemplary behavior. Fantastic team members like her are gems and should be recognized as such. She’s currently the assistant manager, but she did such an awesome, perfect, job, I thought she was the manager!!! Standing ovation! Excellent customer service, I highly recommend Dana.
This place is extremely clean. After shopping I found there rates to be the best. I highly recommend Extra Space storage should you need a Storage. The manger Marshall is extremely accommodating as well . 5 star!!!
The customer service was great. Marshall and Valerie were informative and thorough. Got the exact unit to fit my needs quickly, and for a reasonable price at that.
