Smoothies and food were just perfect, and the cashier was very pleasant. Food came out in a timely manner. All around great place for a casual lunch.

Go here often around same time every evening. Smoothies are usually made perfectly. Tonight is a different story unfortunately. Both smoothies I ordered are severely watered down. Unfortunately just don't taste the same which is disappointing.
Ordered from here a thousand times now and every time I order on the app for curbside delivery unfortunately today they decided that it was considered an online delivery instead of a curbside order and had to go in to get it. The smoothie half melted and was pretty much water at that point. Absolutely horrible service and this is coming from someone who works food service for a living. Not that it matters but you've officially lost a dedicated customer.
This is my favorite Tropical Smoothie location! The employees are wonderful. They greet you as soon as you come in and are always happy and smiling. The owners are fantastic! You will see them in there working hard alongside their employees and they are just as joyful! I love this location and will always get my smoothie fix here. And by the way the smoothies are so yummy and the food is delightful! You will not be disappointed!
