They were absolutely amazing! Answered my call quickly, got someone to my house incredibly fast. The guys that came we’re incredibly respectful and polite. They were teaching me how to care for our pool and they didn’t talk down to me. They explained everything thoroughly and made sure I felt comfortable and knew what I was doing. Highly recommend them!!!

I would rate this place 10 stars if I could! If you are looking to invest in a hot tub then this is the place to go! As soon as I entered the store Mr. Allen quickly introduced himself and he begin to explain each hot tub that was in the store that would be a great fit for me. The store was very clean and well organized. Although we are currently in a pandemic crisis, Mr. Allen was a breath of fresh air. He was very professional and very attentive. He went above and beyond to ensure the hot tub I purchased would be delivered to my home on 4/28/2020 and surely it was! The delivery was easy and a piece of cake!nThe very next morning Mr. Allen contacted me and he walked me through the steps of filling the hot tub and walked me threw the chemicals and how to use them. I purchased the Monterey Sand Color Hot Tub. Almost 30 days owing the hot tub and and I love it!!! So glad I came to Clearwater Pools and Spas!

I usually work with David, but have never gotten bad advice from anyone at Clearwater! They are always very helpful and friendly and don't try to SELL what you don't need.

I contacted Clearwater Pools in Chester and left my name and number 3 times for someone to call me back as I wanted to buy a lifter for my hot tub and have it installed. This was one call a week. On the 4th call the girl I spoke to said she would give it to the owner.nHe did call me straight back and asked for photos and measurements. I sent the photos the next day which was a Saturday and by Wednesday i had still not heard back from him. I called him to make sure he got them and he said I didn’t have 20 inches of space for the lifter. I explained I had more than 20 on 2 sides so I didn’t understand what the problem is? He replied ‘Look I’m not interested ok?’nWow!! Really? What a waste of my time waiting a month to hear that. So rude!!
