One of the best salon experiences I've had. Although this was my first visit, it certainly won't be my last. Please be aware that there are several salon suites located within this studio. My appointment was with the I Am Ericka Carr studio. I can't say enough good things about her -- very personable and professional. Not to mention she takes serious Covid-19 precautions to keep both herself and her clients as safe as possible.

Fabulous! I visited Noreen's and she listened to my needs and wants and gave me the perfect hairstyle and hair color! I will only use her from now on to style my hair!

I do NOT recommend The Orange Mermaid - Sherry Walker. She does NOT prioritize her “new clients”. I came early to my appointment, waited an hour for her to even acknowledge my presence, just to find out that she had overbooked herself. At THIRTY-SIX weeks pregnant, I was in her salon for a total of SIX AND A HALF HOURS - as she flipped and flopped between myself and three other women, ALL getting color done. I expressed the importance of getting my hair done, and my desire to NOT have my whole head colored purple. I wanted to cry at the end, after waiting so long - I was so disappointed with my hair. I just wanted to go home, and thought I could make myself love it. I immediately contacted her the next day to confess that I hated it. It didn’t help that the color RUINED EVERYTHING I touched. I expressed my concerns. She was impetuous. I set a date and time to come back in and get it fixed, just to be told that she had to go and that she would contact me that night. It is now four days later and I have yet to hear from her. I wouldn’t recommend her to anyone.
