I went for a gel fill and color something very simple. I sat down with a young lady and was quoted $45. Then I was on a call and looked up to her cutting my existing nail set off! I said what are you doing she stated since I didn’t get the set there I have to get a full set. She didn’t even ask me first I could have went back to my original technician. Then while putting my new tips on she stops and tells me to go to another station with no explanation, after sitting at the next station for 10 minutes dumbfounded a gentleman shows up to do my nails. He doesn’t use the same size or type of tips the other technician already started putting on. When I asked what happened to my original tech he just replied “she left”. He then proceeds to tell me that because the previous tech had to soak off my old set the new cost would be $55! Then he told me to wash my hands when I was done and when I came back to collect my belongings another woman was in my seat and my things were left unattended at the front of the store. By the time it was all said and done I was there for 2.5 hours for something that was a 45 minute job and the final cost was $65 and my nails looked horrible. I asked to speak to the owner and the lady running the register said they are not available so I asked for a good time to reach them and she replied “you can’t, I’m the manager” . I told them the only reason they were getting paid is because I don’t want to go to jail, but I definitely filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. GO AT YOUR OWN RISK! THEY ARE HUSTLERS, OVERPRICED AND UNPROFESSIONAL

I don’t do this often because I work in retail & I understand the importance of a company’s reputation and brand but I can’t remain silent about this. I went into this location just to get an acrylic nail replaced & a polish change. They did not have any colors in stock to choose from, every color I chose she could not locate. Once I settled on something completely different from what I wanted. The lady Emily that did my nails did a horrible horrible job polishing them my polish is lumpy as if my 3 year old could have did a better job. I currently have coffin nail shape, the nail that she replaced is now round looks nothing like my other nails. I’m so sad, while there, there were 3 other escalations the workers are rude. I was charged 28.00 & was not explained why when I asked the manager. Do not go to this nail shop there are plenty more in the area that we can spend out money with.

This was my first time going to Creative Nails. I want a basic pedicure with gel polish, I was told gel would be $50 plus $27 for basic pedicure. I said $50 that's crazy, I said I want just clear polish but because I had gel they charge $5 extra to remove it;which is necessary you have to take off old polish with a pedicure. The shape of my toe nails is terrible. They are overcharging terribly and that's not right or professional and it seems against the law.

This place will overcharge you for basic nails ... my thing is if you gonna charge me $70 at least let me get a design on my nails not just basic one color nails. Be careful because the owner is sneaky and she throws out ridiculous prices. Save your money and just go to a nail tech that keep their prices the same .

2 nails were coming up/off within 1 week, and I got an excessive even amount of dead skin while doing my own feet the very next day. Totally, completely dissatisfied!!!!!!! Lovey place though!
