This place is amazing. Amy and Tommy and staff are beyond friendly and accommodating. They made my boyfriend feel comfortable. I got a manicure and pedicure with the sugar scrub and oh my gosh! It was fantastic. My nails exceeded my expectations. I even let them do my nail designs with their ideas and blew my mind!nThank you so much! I will be back again and again with friends and family. :)nYou all are amazing!nI ended up scheduling an appointment but they will take walk ins. Just wear a mask and bring your tip in cash!
I cannot remember the ladies name who did my nails but she did absolutely amazing. Considering i have super short nail beds i didn’t think my nails would last more than a week and they are holding on very well. She took her time and did such a beautiful job. I would def recommend coming here. Everyone is very nice & the prices aren’t bad! Definitely enjoyed my experience here
Always has and will be the best nail salon. I felt so happy and comfortable hereFriendly owners -- technicians. The massages are also amazing and come complementary with my service. My boyfriend and I both got the silky white pedicured and were so happy. Would introduce here to anyone who is looking for a new mani/pedi. It's so hard to find a really nice place!
Very nice, great quality! Just got my nails done, and it looks absolutely FABULOUS! Would've done the pedicure too, but I didn't have enough time. The nice aqua color on my nails are beautiful, and staff here are so nice, especially Amy. She works so hard and deserves more respect. It was very elegant. My friend, Carly, got her toes done, and I have to say that it was gorgeous. I was a bit jealous, but in the end, we were all happy with our service. Five stars, good job Elegance!
Finally I'd found Elegance Nail Spa Richmond after several to try many shops. They're so nice and sweetest. After a few weeks, my nails are long and healthy. Will definitely make this my regular spot
