Had a really great experience thanks to Pingping, a very friendly and knowledgable associate at the store. Explored different styles and options for my girlfriend. Would recommend the store, some nice options here.
I had a great experience at this location. The staff is friendly and so funny. They even give out Perrier and chocolate!! I had a lot of fun picking out Jewrly I didn’t think I need. Now I need them all! I will definitely be back to check out more products.
This is an awful business.nnThe sales person tempered our transaction history and put our purchase under another customers profile so that transaction would qualify for a free tote bag. We didn’t get the free bag and I bet the other customer did not get it either… the only person who would benefit from this is the sales person: she got the bag.nnI wouldn’t be able to find out this if I didn’t bring my product for repair today. And what happened after this is even worse: The sales person in store today gave us the other customers receipt for our record. Now we know that customer’s name and the purchase information. This is a terrible leak of other people’s information and I believe this is not the way the business should be.
