They care about you as an individual, and Steven spent time chatting with me and was super personable! I came in, wasn’t dressed to impress, seeking my dream Rolex, and Steven not only had it available, but he personally helped me! I felt like a kid on Christmas again seeing that watch! You can't get any better! I've had many great experiences at Alvin Goldfarb over the last six years. They provide the best customer service of any business I've ever shopped at! I first called and asked several questions regarding my first Rolex purchase, I connected with Joel. He was friendly and knowledgeable. A few weeks later I visited the store he welcomed me and showed me several options really he made me feel like family. I can not recommend this place enough, I’ve lived in the area for 21 years and this is the first time I’ve stopped in but I can tell you that moving forward this will be the first place I visit!

Great experience with staff and owner before, during and after buying a Tudor timepiece. They had just what I was looking for. They shipped and packaged on time and in mint condition with all the paperwork I asked for.nnSteven Goldfarb followed up with phone call on my new watch I didn't expect. I will definitely go back. I was shopping Rolex watches and hope could get from authorities dealer, and only two available in Bellevue area one is Alivn Goldfarb, another is BenBridge. Steven from Alvin Goldfarb connect w/ me via email quickly and warmly, be patient to explain details and properly set right expectation about the watch I am looking for. Besides he also offered to mail Rolex catalog which is absolutely beautiful, and helps a lot for me to choose right watch for my wife as well.
