I came in looking for a few classic pieces to add to my core wardrobe, but I wasn't able to find quite the style I was hoping for. A lot of the silhouettes for the outerwear were unflattering. I did find one cute coat, but for the most part the new season was so heavily monochromatic I felt like I couldn't get more than one piece without being repetitive.

The shop was pretty good.. however they don't except returns from outlets. I was impressed with the variety they had. It was a little difficult to spot it though.

Nice clothes. Very difficult to get refund once item is paid for. A couple of times I tried doing it (with receipts, with tags in original shopping package) there always seems to be some catch so they really push hard for you to keep merchandise or offer you very discounted $ vs what you paid. Very odd in this day and age.

The associates at this store are so rude, they harassed every customer there when the store was about to close, they knocked my changing room door very loud multiple times 15 mins before store closing and asked me to get out. The manage Jacqueline is even worse, she doesn’t care at all for any customer complaints .The worst retail store that I have ever been. Beware of the harassment at this store.
