several weeks ago I placed an order at The Bellevue show room for an engagement ring. The engagement ring was supposed to be sent out on Friday, October 9 and expected to be delivered on Monday, October 12. Based on this information I had planned an engagement with several people to attend. This afternoon I received a call from a store representatives at the show room stating that there has been a delay and now the ring will not arrive until October 24. This is extremely extremely disappointing. An entire event was based on the fact that a ring would be delivered on his specific date. a 2 day delay while irritating is understandable, a 2 week delay is sheer incompetence. the lack of response from management from the store or their customer service center is even worse. They hide behind their customer facing representatives and don’t understand the concept of urgency or service. Considering that a purchase here can go into the thousands of dollars, do not spend money here or leave your big day in the hands of this company.

Minga was a delight to work with. We wanted a certain band and although the designer wouldn't do it, she made it happen. When the ring was delayed, she offered a gift for the lady so I would have something to give her for Xmas! The ring ended up coming in a month early!
