This review is long overdue. Ben Bridge does not carry all the watch brands in one store which is how I ended purchasing a watch from their Bellevue, WA location. I live in San Diego and did the transaction via phone----yes, i had concerns doing it this way particularly because of the price of the watch I was getting. However, it turned out to be the best retail experience I've ever had. Benito was outstanding, his customer service skills was top notch further exemplified by his attention to detail. He is deserving of every praise and loyalty I have for the store. A brand or an establishment is only as good as the people that represent them--- Ben Bridge hired well. Benito is a star.

My wife and I came into the store today without intention of buying a watch and we worked with the most amazing sales associate elizabeth, who was thoughtful and really guided us through this important process. Elizabeth helped us make a purchase for our daughter's birthday over the telephone,. She had the piece wrapped beautifully and ready for pick up quickly. In spite of not being able to view the piece in person, she described it vividly and I knew we picked the most beautiful necklace. Thank you Elizabeth and Ben Bridge!
