Food came out fast and was excellent. Customer service was also great. We came without an appointment on a Friday and were seated immediately. I got the seafood enchiladas and my wife got the Casa Crunch Burrito. I liked hers better but both were good. Grilled street corn was AMAZING definitely worth a try if it’s your first time. Drinks were ok could have been stronger.

The good....Courteous staff. Open clean dining area. Above average food presentation. Clean bathrooms.nThe bad...Not a very large selection, (possibly COVID related?). Food was very salty... to a fault. Little pricey as well

Food and drinks are good. Atmosphere is warm and inviting as well. Reason for two star rating is the service, prices, and fees. Understanding we live in different times, and it's certainly hard on restaurants, this place is a successful chain with pretty good production value (i.e. they spend on decor, technology, etc.), but they charge a 20% service fee on any order. This is not the tip, that is extra. Top this off with very expensive margaritas ($10 for house tequila, $15 for mid-shelf tequila), cocktails ($12 whiskey sour), and you're paying up to $20 for a single Margarita with (mid-shelf tequila, 20% service fee, and tip). That is obscene. I could understand if this place was upscale, but it is not. Other similar restaurants, bars don't ask for 20% service fee and the drinks are more reasonably priced for the area. Our service was fine, but had to ask them to remove dirty dishes from our table. For those prices and given you have to order everything from their website (orders are brought by runners), the servers aren't really doing, well...anything except coming by to smile at you. It's hard for everyone right now, not sure why this place is trying to make it unnecessarily harder on our wallets with ridiculous 20% service fees, coupled with almost nonexistent service and overpriced food/drinks.

Amazing customer service. Blue margarita carafe so tasty! I had the crispy tacos for the first time. I will definitely be having that again next time. I love the environment at this location.
