I was looking for jewelry repair in the area and stumbled upon Porcello Jewelers. What a charming little store! Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Repair was done quickly and very reasonably priced. Love their collection as well. Will definitely consider coming back not only for my jewelry repair needs but to purchase a set of earrings.

I have been working with Porcello, and specifically Austin Porcello, for a number of years. Austin knows watches; he ensures the store always has a nice selection. The prices are always competitive and fair!nnAnd most importantly, Austin is always quick to respond, and is as trustworthy as they come! It’s a pleasure to communicate and to work with him! I was looking for a store that sold unique, one of a kind pieeces. The team here were so friendly and knowledgeable, and they found just what I was looking for! They even went out the back to check on their new inventory to find the right piece for me because I couldn't find it in the display. I'll definitely be returning!

I have been buying jewelry here for years. I love buying from a family run business. Everyone here is always friendly and helpful. I especially like working with Mark. Great customer service on items I have purchased here too. That’s important because sometimes the vintage pieces need more “love” than a new manufactured piece. Their prices are always fair and they have nice quality items as well as some previously owned brand name items at a discount (like Tiffany and Cartier). Always my go to place for jewelry and watches and gifts! Highly recommend!

From my first call to Porcello I felt appreciated. They were willing to put the watch I was seeking on hold while I came over and once I arrived their level of service was spectacular. Austin is a true watch enthusiast and it was great talking watches with him. He made the process smooth and enjoyable. During these Covid times it’s nice being able to safely and efficiently make a purchase. Thanks guys!
