I can’t even explain how amazing this morning was. I’m lacking sleep from work and a precious little puppy. When I went through I met Josh. He completed my sentences and figured out immediately what I wanted and added in so much love and excitement. I’ve never come across a person so amazing in customer service. This is my favorite Chick-fil-A! The new drive through setup is awesome! I always feel like a VIP when I come through!
Unfortunately, the customer service lacked in my curbside order yesterday. Spicy chkn w/extra pickle (2) as it's reflected on the app. I open the pkg and see pickles hanging off so I remove crown to approx 12 slices of pickles piled atop one another. I removed all but 5. I ordered a lg tea mix (1/2 sweet, 1/2 unswt) and received all unswt tea. My daughter delivered to me as my van was being serviced so I was stuck. I purchased a water out of vending at the office. Chicken was crisp and delish as always but tighten up guys.
