Pharmacists and techs are courteous and nice. The pharmacy as a whole is mismanaged. Went 5 days without a medication I need because someone didn't update the system or put in the correct information for a refill when I called and set it up. Noone could tell me why that was. Also, always out of stock on a couple of my medications. Even when I call a week in advance they are still out of stock on the day I'm supposed to pick up. I would switch pharmacies if it wasn't such a hassle with my insurance company to do so.

Used to be my favorite place to shop. Lately, not so much. They never have enough people working the deli or the registers. But they have plenty of people filling on line orders. You should help the people in the store before on line orders

Went to pharmacy for the first time today to get a bandage for a friend that had a surgery. Asked for help and after my explanation of what I was seeking their 5 second response was check in the first aid section...thanks for nothing. Will not be back.

THE WORST PHARMACY EVER. DO NOT COME HERE. Will jeopardize the health of patients. Derrick (head manager) will treat you terribly. Other Kroger’s have been fine for me. Really really subpar care. Go to Belgrade instead.
