Had my 2nd workout with Maria today and she's definitely giving me exactly what I paid for. The private sessions has eased me into being more active but pushed me enough to take full advantage of her program. It's just the beginning but I feel confident with the meal plan, direction, & fitness knowledge that she provides I'm on my way to a healthy & fit lifestyle.
