What a joke of a company. My former employer chose these clowns for their retirement offering. Repaying a 401K loan still. At this moment, in 2019, they cannot accept any form of payment besides mailed paper checks. No electronic option.nnWhatever, I have my bank automatically cut them a check monthly. But the check will post to my account up to two weeks after the arrive by date, triggering not late fees at least, but loan recalculations that add interest and change my amount due. I have to keep babysitting this stupid account and adjusting the amount.nnBe warned that these people are staggeringly behind the times and inefficient.
