We worked with Brieanne N. Regalia (Team Brie) because the seller chose them. This is the most unresponsive title company/team I've ever worked with. We asked questions, they didn't respond. We asked if they received our wire transfer, they didn't respond. But if they want something (like scheduling a signing), they spammed our email and phones and didn't bother responding to any of our previous concerns while at it. They did close on time, so I'm going to give them a 3 stars for doing their job, just at a lot lower quality than other title companies.

I can't in good faith recommend any financial institute with such poor online security. Passwords are capped at 16 characters! I'm amazed there isn't more feedback on how horrendous that is for a company that is likely involved in the real estate transactions of thousands of tech workers who should know better.

NEVER work with Brieanne's team!! She talks as if you owe her money and no service at all!!! I wish Google support MINUS scores! My experience with First American is so BAD, they made my closing process long and complex. They are not trying to help you but blaming others. They got my closing date wrong and ruined my plan. The communication of Brieanne is so bad, uncleared and delayed. I almost got mad by their low efficiency work. I have to keep calling them to get information and get my things done. Won't cooperate with them any more!!!!!!

Been using First American Title Company from day one of my real estate career and it's been a smooth experience each and every single time. Stephanie Cohen and her team do a great job communicating with both sides of any transaction as well as closing on time.
