The doctors are wonderful, but the staff are very rude and disrespectful. Everytime I call to set an appointment with my PCP, I feel like I have to do a job application over the phone with her secretary.

First time at the practice yesterday. Was a great experience. Check-in was easy. Front staff friendly. Nurse took me to exam room in timely manner. She was very pleasant and professional. Saw NP Rawlings and she was informed, so nice and easy to talk to. Hope to have a long relationship with this group. Would recommend to friends & family.

The nurses and doctors are awesome but the front desk welcome associates are so rude and need some training in customer service.

Literally have been sitting here 2 hours waiting for a drug screen. Ridiculous. Children running around screaming crying. Better to go Anywhere else

Operator/Admin staff are very unhelpful. Waited an hour and a half to get in to see doctor, then had to sit do 20 more minutes in the exam room after being told she would be right over. Was promised test results on Friday or Monday morning but didn’t hear back and kept calling until I finally got ahold of the doctor today (Tuesday) for test results that are inconclusive. Thanks emporia medical associates.
