The pharmacy staff is nice and respectful but I believe certain pharmacist there need to respect their hard working employee more and stop making them feel like they not enough. Nobody know what happened behind close door. They can be nice to you as a customer to keep you but will be hurtful to you when you are gone. Appreciation is earn and yelling and making her employee cries doesn’t help.

I use the drive thru it does take awhile to get your prescriptions. Its understandable when you get to the window, the way your treated is worth the wait.

Both my husband and I have been very impressed with the staff at this pharmacy. They are responsive, they help sort out insurance issues, and they help us get the best value for the medications we need. We moved our Rxs from CVS to here because the pharmacists and staff know who we are and treat us friendly and professionally.

The last 2 times I have visited this Meadowbrook location, it gets dirtier and is always a 1/2 stocked MESS. With a bunch of MORANS WORKING THEIR. The last 2 times I ask for the Store MaNager and have yet to have one come forward to meet me our answer a Question? They WERE TOO Busy??? Doing what hiding in the stock room?? You closed down the one on RT 10, to keep this filthy Dirty ghetto store?. The absolutely worse run Walmart in Richmond Area. If this is the best You Can Do???? Close it down!!

Personally I that their pharmacists are top of the line. Especially Phong (speak?) She is very knowledgeable and cares about taking time and helping you. Since I do see specialists a lot and take several medications, sometimes one specialist will give a medication that has a negative interaction with another. She catches them right away. One time it was a serious counter-interaction that, if I took it have caused serious side effects. She refused to fill it and it may have saved my life
