I cannot express enough how helpful the staff is at this location. My last experience, the store manager Debbie helped me with a very large transaction and was so patient with me. Every experience there I've gotten the same treatment from all of the staff. By far the best CVS in Richmond!

This pharmacy has such a long wait to pick up prescriptions. Everytime I go in, there will be 4 or 5 people filing prescriptions and other activities, while line is waiting for service. Whatever system they have in place needs a major overhaul.

We recently moved and this became our new CVS a few months ago. I have multiple chronic medical conditions that require me to take a lot of medication. This team was amazing with help coordinating my medication transfer and is always polite and friendly. They go out of their way to be helpful and we are really grateful this is our new pharmacy.

I love the staff and the location, but during busy hours the pharmacy can be totally swamped and the wait can be long. In general, it’s fine for quick purchases, and I just avoid the pharmacy at rush hour.

This is the worst Pharmacy. It's next to impossible to ever get anyone on the telephone. A complete waste of my time. It's a real shame that my insurance has forced me to go with CVS or I would never use this Pharmacy. Kroger and Walmart on are far superior.
