The best experience in healthcare so far. They were super polite and kept me calm while getting tested. Yes I did pay out-of-pocket but for rapid testing it wasn’t a problem for me. I would definitely recommend anybody to go here.

Having moved from out of state, I was not looking forward to finding a new compounding pharmacy. Lucky for me I found RX3 and pharmacist, Shannon. I cannot assign enough praise or extend enough appreciation to Shannon for her customer service, follow through, and expertise. Shannon consistently answers my questions in regards to products and insurance and prescriptions always arrive on time. Best pharmacy ever! Many thanks!!

If you have health insurance, do NOT go here for Covid testing. You have to pay out of pocket and then file a claim afterwards. They are extremely unprofessional and unhelpful with providing the information that you need to file an insurance claim.nThe information provided on the invoice is not enough to file a claim. I have had to call twice to inquire about more information to continue my claim. The woman I spoke to the second time was short with me for asking questions, couldn't be entirely sure what the numbers provided at the top of the invoice were for (even though I was told that she was the person who handles the covid things) and also randomly started a conversation with another employee in the middle of talking to me. And now I'm going to have to call back a third time because my insurance says that the tax ID number that was provided to me is invalid. This is so beyond frustrating.

I have been getting my sterile compound script from RX3 Chester for almost 2 years. The pharmacists and all personnel are knowledgeable, courteous and willing to go that extra mile in delivering an excellent product and customer service experience. I highly recommend RX3 Compounding Pharmacy to all who are searching for the best delivery of compounded medications and being treated with the utmost respect as a customer. Thank you to all of you at the Chester and Short Pump locations for being there for us .
