CVS

The male cashier is always so nice i over heard him talking about some lysol n low n behold when i asked he had 1 more left n sold it to me..thank you god for letting me ud83dudc42 his conversation.

I love my cvs store. We have our good days and sometimes bad days but I enjoys helping my customers on their path to better health. Sometimes it can be frustrating because customer do not realize we care but our team go above and beyond to help but sometimes it can appear to be just the opposite.

We had the worse experience ever and I'have been going there for over 30 years and My wife over 20 years. Our son ran out of medication which was supposedly filled on Feb 13 for a 30 day supply. so he should have had pills until it was for his next refill well , we gave him he's last pill on Sat. the 7th of march . I called the pharmacy and informed them that something was wrong ,our son was out of meds by 7 days . There had to be a mistake , we were told we were taking the meds or we misplaced them or the school nurse may have lost them . No now we really have a problem so my wife said we where on our way to the store . The Pharmacist informed us she was calling the police if we came to the store , mind you we were just accused of taking his meds. We ge to the store and ask for a manger they was off but the two assistant mangers were there . We got to the back to the Pharmacy and as my wife was talking to someone that was really trying to correct the problem hear goes the Pharmacist to telling us how they count and it was nothing that could be done . My wife started talking and she hollard she felt threaten and called the police . Now the police come and listen just ask us to keep working the helpful young lady . Now we understand and can see the Pharmacist has some real issues . My wife went to sit down and the young lady that was helping us continued trying to call who she needed and we called our sons Doctor . Now while my wife was sitting Down the same Pharmacist came out to her and asked if they could start again . She went on to say how she had been robbed there and how the regional manger wanted to ban us from the store . Really . She does not need to be at a store that she has already had a real problem . She has No Customer service skills . She needs to Go to A store she has No Relationship.

Don't go here to fill your meds!!! Went through the drivethrough where I waited 10min for window lady to update my insurance information then was told it's 1 to 2 hour wait which is slowest I've heard from a CVSnDrove home only to get message that they couldn't fill it till tomorrow and Pharmacist said 'just give me a call tomorrow to get it filled as I am a very busy man and won't remember about you tomorrow'... What convenience & courtacy! Anything but!

CVS at Walmsley Boulevard it is right store they do try to bend over backwards for you they try to have your medicine ready for you sometimes they do have some problems like every business but I would recommend them they got to break promises staff the only thing about it I don't know whether all the CVS is a doing it you almost do not ever see the same person week-to-week you're seeing for a few weeks then you see a few more people different people they change them around erratically they don't give employees Tech students enough time at 1 store it get used to the customers and they lose a lot of help because of that plus the Pain Scale this way it is this day and time because it's so many CVS is around as quite a few that stays open 24 hours a day 7 days a week I also live Ben Wanda Boulevard about a mile and a half from the store or to miles I did change stores one time but the phone is just that I got to know she went to Kmart down Jeff Davis I thought her Judah good pharmacist and we used to joke around a lot also the Kmart closed not long after she went there so I'm not a person that running from store to store I want back Towanda Boulevard CVS and I've been back ever since all together I have been at CVS as a customer ever since they opened the door the very first time it was people's drug store less than a year they changed it to CVS and I may be wrong I'll get the feeling the apple on them now because I saw logo AB the photos and all at phones see this is selling Apple phones and the word the letter a in front of it CVS that tells me I think the Apple has got a big chunk to do with CBS now which is fine I don't know how much battery to make the store that's that's okay that's the way it is this day and time I deal with SunTrust Bank they got a merger deal coming up I don't know how could that be God bless everybody see what y'all can do to work on a few of the problems and help the employees want to stay or they are and get some better brakes or something that's all for now
