I have been coming here for years! It can be hard to get an appointment as they are very busy. New front desk are great. Melissa Clayton is typically the only person I see here, but have seen some others. I feel like she actually listens to your concerns and takes her time. Very down to earth and personable. Highly recommend her!!

Nurse Practitioners Julie Goodman and Emily Wilson are absolutely amazing. They take the time to listen, are very empathetic, and actually make me care about my health. With covid going on they are still reaching out, checking in, and going above and beyond. Thank you both.

I started going here when I was a single guy, and loved it so much that I got the wife to go here so we could both see Melissa Clayton. We even left the area for a couple of years, and when we came back we just had to go back to seeing Melissa again.nnI would recommend them for your medical needs.

I can only speak about there answering service. I don’t know who dropped the ball on this. I called at 3:41 am to ask the on call dr to call me. My BP was 60/41. I was so upset. Did not get a call back after giving all the info I could. I do not understand.

NP Julie Goodman is the only good thing left at this office. If you can wait a month to see her. This was a great place before the greed set in. We have had to be seen at Pt. First for more than a year now due to the overwhelming amount of patients taken on. Don't bother, find someplace else!!!
