My daughters PCP fell ill and closed his practice almost overnight. I called Dr. Siegrest’s office and got her an appointment as a new patient in less than a week. The staff was great!! Dr.S was also great. He was very compassionate and took plenty of time talking with her and trying to understand her needs. He was very knowledgeable and talked to her like a person not another name on a file. Even though it was her first appointment, he genuinely cared about her medical needs!!! I’m so glad we found Dr. S.

The doctor stopped communicating with me, but also stopped a prescription from being refilled without providing a reason. I had a doctor visit with him, but he forgot to refill the prescription then; then refused to refill it because he claimed I needed to go in. My health shouldn't be treated as a money grab. Find a doctor that actually cares about the health of his patients.

Based off of my husbands experience, I would suggest another primary care. Although he was professional, and polite, I believe they are overcharging and not using your time or theirs properly. My husband’s doctor will spend 30 to an hour for a visit that should only take 15-20min. Majority of the time is small talk and story telling from the doctor. Let me remind you, You are still paying for that hour. His doctor would not read his chart before coming into the patient room. He would not read the notes prior to coming into the patient room. It felt as if you had to start over with that doctor every time you came in. My husband also had a procedure done where I observed The equipment being very old and not up to date with a more advance machinery. Just do yourself a favor and find someone else.
