First visit yesterday. Dr Felton and staff knocked it out of the park! Heres is my story. I moved to a different part of town and was in search of a new dentist. I don't like change so I wasn't happy about having to begin a new relationship when a history was built with another dentist. However, after reading the reviews found online of Dr Felton and the proximity of his office from my home I decided to visit. I was impressed from the start. From the professionalism and customer service over the phone to set up initial consultation to the end of your visit you will be made to feel welcomed and valued. One thing I especially appreciated about Dr Felton is his approach to providing care to new patients. He takes the time to understand where you have been in regards to past treatment, he examines where you are currently and then customizes a treatment plan based on where you are. He will not perform any procedure to line his pocket. His objective is to only do what is necessary for you. That was important for me because I didn't want to feel as though work is being done unnecessarily to bill my insurance. Integrity is important in business and Dr Felton has proven to be a man of integrity in the dental field. I would recommend him to anyone in search of a new dentist as I was. World class operation.

Dr Felton and Jillian were very welcoming as a new patient. Dr Felton did a thorough examination and and really took time to talk to me and answer all of my questions. I immediately had confidence in his ability to provide me with the best dental care I could receive!! I highly recommend this practice!!!

Dr. Felton and staff are very nice, knowledgeable, and friendly. They explain everything that is going on clearly so you can understand. They also work with you if you need to make financial arrangements for certain procedures. I recommend anyone that is trying to upgrade their smile to this office!

Everybody here was AMAZING!!!!nMs. Kellsie and Ms. Jillian were extremely knowledgeable and did an amazing job easing my concerns before Dr. Felton came in. I will be frequenting.
