I wish I could give 0 stars! I am LIVID! My husband went to look at a car on Monday. The car was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday. Tuesday comes and they say they haven’t put the gps on yet and that they would deliver it Wednesday morning. I call my husband to ask what’s going on and he tells me they sold it to somebody else! COMPLETELY unprofessional and I will NEVER give these people the time of day again! Terrible service. Terrible communication skills. All together terrible.

Promises me a car..kept saying they’ll deliver it once the gps is connected for 2 days but sold it to someone else because they put down more money..business ethic is trash! Don’t waste your gas going here..very unprofessional and tries to sale personal cars within the inventory

Owner Mario is one of the most arrogant human beings I have ever had the displeasure of meeting in my life. Horrible customer service

These people have horrible communication and took forever getting me the title to my car. The owner had the title in his possession, for some reason, but never made an effort to get it to me. I always had to call or go into the shop to ask about it. I couldn't tell you how many times I called and these idiots would tell me they will find out and call me back and I would never receive a call back.nnI'm also pretty sure that these cars get taken to a lick-'n-stick for inspection, so watch out for that. My car wouldn't have passed inspection with the headlights being as cruddy and cloudy as they were and the check engine light being on from a bad oxygen sensor.nnThese people will tell you that the cars are solid and need nothing. When I bought mine (granted, it was the best car I had looked at all week for my cheap price range), it drove nicely, it shifted a little rough (changed trans fluid and filter solved that problem), it had no rust, it seemed like a decent car...that needed some work. Brakes and rotors were shot, outer tie rods needed replaced, rear struts needed replaced, a/c needed recharged (which wasn't a big deal since I hardly use the a/c), the alignment was waaaay off (like super bad, I was baffled and so was the mechanic), it needs new tires because when it was out of alignment, it caused some ridiculous uneven wear on the tires and now they don't have a smooth ride.nnOverall, stay away from these guys. I'm surprised they get the kind of business they do. Some people might have a better experience than I did, but I was mostly upset at the fact that it took them OVER 2 MONTHS to get me the title to my car when the owner had it since the beginning and made zero effort to get it to me. Then, when my 2nd set of temp tags expired, I had to find rides to and from work for a week, my car got booted in front of my townhouse where I live because of the expired tags, then while I was on my way to the DMV, I get pulled over because of the expired tags. He let me go and followed me to the DMV, but it was all a bunch of inconveniences that could have been avoided if they would've given me the title early on instead of being lazy.
