My experience at the Midlothian location was amazing, the process was quick and easy, my sales rep Curtis was awesome, he made me feel comfortable and at ease. He was patient and understanding.. I love the customer service at this location and the staff was really friendly.. I just recently bought a 2014 Kia Optima from them and I love my new ride. I strongly recommend Drive time for sure.

Curtis is the most patient and understanding representative. He helped and guided me through the whole car buying process. Curtis was extremely helpful and very personable. He knew all the information about the vehicles he showed me. I am a new buyer and this was my first time buying from a lot. He made the experience so easy and his energy was great. Would definitely recommend everybody looking for a new vehicle to come by and see Curtis !

Completed the Progressive Loan application online and was approved for $0 down. Was pleasantly surprised as I expected to need a deposit even as a return client. Reached out to Luz Vaughn with my approval and provided information for her to get the numbers together. My deposit jumped from $0 to $1950 down on a $15K car. I put $1K down on a $15K Jeep 4 years ago with lower income and worse credit. I was then offered a Volkswagen and a Nissan, both higher in price than the original vehicle I wanted, with a $500 down payment and $400 or less per month. When I inquired why the down payment and monthly were lower on a more expensive vehicle she never responded back after being extremely responsive during the approval process this morning. Followed up again an hour later and still no response. It's been over 2 hours and she's completely dropped me as a client with no explanation. Very disappointed in the end at the treatment I've received and the inconsistencies with my tfinancing options the second time around. Evidently clarification was too much trouble.

My experience with Drive Time was terrific they worked with me with my credit. Curtis my salesman was awesome and explained everything in detail as we went along in the process. All in all it was a terrific experience and I drove home in my new car thank you Drive Time
