Was great from start to finish... I was travelling the week before and stopped at 2 different CarMaxs to check out trucks. Was pressure free and informative. Then I had the truck I was interested in transferred from CarMax about 80 miles which only took few days. Took it for 24 hr test drive - I liked it but still wasn't fully convinced. Chatted with my sales consultant Fred for a bit, got appraisal on my old car (twice what I expected), looked at financing - NEVER ANY PRESSURE!! Finally decided to go for it. Purchase process was smooth and fully explained. The whole process was great!!

I went to have my car appraised and wasn't really sure if I was ready to sell. However, after a real quick appraisal process, I was offered a price that I could not reject. I came back the same day, after removing all my personal stuff from my car, gave them my keys, and got a check. The whole process took less than an hour. Would definitely recommend CarMax to anyone who wants to sell their car, or buy one from them.

I desperately wanted to purchase 2 business vehicles on Dec 31 to get the tax deduction. The vehicles I wanted were not in stock at this location, and the salesperson told me they could not get the cars on site to complete the transaction for 7 days. I still don't understand why I couldn't PURCHASE them on Dec 31 and take delivery later as I wasn't in a hurry to take possession, only to make the purchase so it was within the tax year. I found another dealer who actually made this happen; with a can-do attitude and better inventory, they actually had them in stock and I saved over $3500 on the same vehicles with fewer miles and more features. I got my purchase done and am so happy with the other dealer. Turns out buying a couple of cars doesn't HAVE to be a combative sport.

Purchased a new Ford Fusion! It feels and drives great! I've always liked only black cars, but this time I purchased a white one. I love it! The wheels makes it more attractive and I love the dark interior. I love everything about this car! The ride is very smooth and relaxing and the features and specs off the charts. I plan to have and enjoy this car for a long time. Thanks Ted!

The best experience I ever had purchasing a used car. Hassle free shopping. no pressure from salesperson. They are there to help you purchase the car of your dreams as easy as possible for you. The salesperson was very patient and was able to answer all the questions I had about the car I wanted to purchase. I would recommend anyone to give CarMax a chance on there next purchase of a used car.
