It not all that
I’ll give them the benefit of doubt sense they were understaffed to run their business appropriately. But I had to wait an extra 20 minutes from my original quote time for my car side to go order eventually i got tired of waiting and went inside to get my food but the lady said she was still waiting on my appetizer, which was no problem. 5 minutes later she brings my food and I leave. I paid 35+ For my order and they left out all the side items for our entrees. I ordered double crunch wings but they had the texture of soggy baked wings. If it wasn’t for my riblets being outstanding even without the sides dishes to compliment it. I’d give this a 1 star for the lack focus and detail from the kitchen staff. I love apple bees but won’t return to this location sadly
The service was pleasant and our waitress Tessa was very friendly and nice. I wouldn’t recommend the Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp. The shrimp was delicious but the chicken was over cooked and dry.
One of our favorite places to eat out at! They were great for ordering and pick up during the lockdowns last year and they are great at providing an excellent dine-in experience as well. Our waitress, Chris, was amazing as always. We try to get seated in her section as we are well taken care of and leave feeling special. Thanks, Applebee's!
Well it has been a while since I've been here and a least I enjoyed my meal this time. Waitress was very friendly and the food was really good.
