Service was a bit slow, but it was worth the wait. I got the Blu-min Onion Burger, which is a blue cheese burger with a fried onion ring... Seriously one of the best burgers I've ever had. My daughter enjoyed the Pimento BLT burger. The soft pretzels with beer cheese were great too.

The kitchen was slow but the waitress was great! I don't typically complain about food, but the chicken tacos were REALLY REALLY salty. No problem! They replaced them with the Asian pork tacos for no extra charge.

A lot of potential still. For me, having a place like this craft bar / restaurant in this area is wonderful. I am going to support this establishment as long as they continue to deserve it. I haven't been for the live music yet but I will. What I do want to tell about is the five times I have been and the most recent time just the other day 3/4/21. The first time I went when they just started out my mind was blown. It was amazing. It seemed that whoever was preparing food had been very well trained or had a lot of experience. Every time since then it has been different. Not necessarily bad, just different. How things are cut, seasoned, or assembled have all been inconsistent. I wish they would get this down. Someone needs to standardize the preparation. The last time was great although they were out of brisket and to be honest that can knock out half of the items on the small menu. The waitress can use more training. But here is the thing. They try. And it's local and I feel that with continued support, this will be a great place to go. Please give this place a shot!

Understaffed - Really wouldn’t of been a big deal if we were told it would take a half hour to get a drink or over an hour to get our food. Maybe a great place but would of rather tried a different night if I was aware how long the food would take. Food came out incorrect as well (wrong burger). Def felt for the server but a little openness about t being slow that night to begin with would of went a long way
