Due to a lack of service from the corporate phone and email lines I had the pleasure of dealing with Sarah at the Bellevue square location. She greeted us with a smile, listened to my issue and resolved a problem that wasn’t hers to deal with. She took my phone number called me not 30 minutes later with a solution! Best customer experience I have ever had. If anyone from Kendra Scott corporate reads this these girls deserve big raises and some serious praise. And a huge thank you to Sarah and her team, 100 percent recommend going into this store to get any Kendra Scott items you want!
The store is great but what really made this excellent were the employees! Alexandria went above and beyond to help me pick out a necklace and didn't even mind when I changed my mind a couple of times. I'll actually go into purchase vs ordering online.
Excellent customer service and beautiful pieces that I continue to get compliments on every time I wear them, even after 4 years! I come back again and again for the uniqueness and the sweetest service. I love that they have giveback events too.
The people who work here were helpful and so sweet. The photo is what I bought there, already home. They offer champagne while you shop as well.
