The food is mostly frozen. The rice is very dry. Sauces are all watery. Not real Mediterranean food. Right next to a cigar place, so the whole place smells like smoke, and after eating there so do we. Only thing good about this place was the service. Pita chips were out of a chip bag. Fries were frozen crinkle fries. Waste of money.

My Arabic professor recommended Al Ryan to me when I asked about authentic Arab cuisine in Lynchburg. He suggested Al Ryan. My family went out and we were not disappointed! The chef and waiter were very friendly. I had chai, stuffed grape leaves, kofta sandwich, red lentil soup, and pistachio baklava. The food was made all fresh, and it was absolutely delicious!!! The spices and flavors were very rich and complex. Very reasonable prices, and plenty of food! 100% will go back, and recommend to friends.
Middle Eastern food and the feeling here is super good. visited on a wednesday i think. looking forward to returning with my friends. the bill was decent.
The food is outstanding! So good and the chef is so nice. He uses local ingredients so the taste is amazing. And he was so sweet to open on a holiday!
