Great selection, competitive price, and superb customer service from Farzin (lead sales person) and Hassan (owner). They helped us pick the perfect rugs for our house. On the day of the installation, they even brought a few extra ones of various sizes and colors so that we could visualize more options before we made the final selection. It turned out that we downsized one rug and switched color on another, all thanks to their go-the-extra-mile effort. I wouldn't hesitate to go back to Gazalle for future purchases. Highly recommended!
A 5 star luxury rug shopping experience doesn’t give this review justice. Gazalle Fine Rugs has kept the true meaning of customer service and satisfaction alive! Hassan, the Director and Owner made my experience exquisite and one I’ll never forget. He so patiently educated me on the quality, craftsmanship, culture and integrity of Persian Rugs. He showed me examples of machine made rugs, knock offs that try to compromise the integrity of the real rugs, and so patiently taught me how to determine the authenticity myself. He and his staff went above and beyond showing me rug after rug in various styles and so beautifully displayed them in natural light for me to study. Hassan’s selection, his meticulous showroom and his love of customers made me it easy for me to purchase a total of 4 rugs (I only went it to look at one). Hassan loves to see the joy in his customers eyes and will ensure you’re part of the luxury rug family for as long as your heart desires. I can’t thank him and his staff enough and it’s with great pride I write this review. My new rug was delivered the same day, and I can’t wait for the others. My home and my heart ❤ufe0f is beautifully full.
We are new home owners and really wanted great quality rugs for our new house. We visited Gazelle and the whole experience was absolutely great. Hassan and his team are outstanding. They were so patient in understanding our liking and style and educated us on the best options for our home. What made us really happy was they brought the rugs (based on our liking) to our house and his team put it out in our rooms which really helped us choose the best options. Also Hassan recommended us some rugs too based on our choices which we ended up buying. We bought 4 rugs from them in total. The rugs look absolutely beautiful. It is hard to find such customer service. This is an experience we will always cherish, and will visit Gazelle again for any other rugs we need later. Extremely happy and satisfied, highly recommend a visit here if you wish to own excellent quality rugs.
Staff here is fantastic! My husband and I were looking for a rug for our dinning space but we don't have specific idea in mind. The store have a decent amount of collections to choose from and and staff is really helpful and patient. Great service and quality!
These people are just great. They have great variety and selection. So helpful staff, they helped me with all the color scheme and design. I got a beautiful rug from them and all my friends gave me so many compliments over it.
