Carrier openly admitted to damaging our vehicle. Ended up being a $900 repair but we agreed to $700 from them to cover most of it. Never did receive it. No effort at all to make it right after nearly 2 months now. It's unfortunate that a business can even think about operating this way. Blatantly burned for $700 on a $900 and change repair at the expense of Safeway Express.
My elderly parents had their car transported from RI to FL. When the car arrived, it had branches in the passenger door moldings and no gas! To make matters worst, there was over $970 of damage to their car, which my parents insurance, Progressive, would not cover. They filed a complaint with the MASS Attorney General. In short, Safeway has ignored my parents request for an explanation and has ignored the Attorney General. I would NOT USE SAFEWAY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.
