Had a very good experience renting from Matt at A-Tech Auto this past week for a one-way truck rental to Florida. Matt took the time to explain what would be the best sized truck for the drive and even upgraded the truck to the next size at no additional cost to make things easier for us. Truck was in good repair and drive and return in Florida went well. Would recommend to others.

I would recommend anyone to choose a different truck rental company. I made a reservation on my moving date and the truck was unavailable when I went to go pick it up. I'm not sure what the point of the reservation is if I don't have a truck available when I'm supposed to move.nnThe guy at the Shrewsbury office was thankfully apologetic enough that he transferred my reservation to an available truck at Marlborough and gave me milage credit.

Worst service ever the guy kept calling after two days saying he was going to report the truck stolen when he had all our info and it was oayed for ima stick with uhale budget is no good

Budget Truck in Shrewsbury has been serving the community for over 20 years with local and one way moves. Also renting for commercial use. Budget offers cargo vans, 10', 16' box and 24' box trucks with ramps and lift gates. AARP discounts for customers who book on line with the proper codes, giving discounts on coverage, the number of drivers, hand trucks and furniture pads.

worst customer service. dropped the truck off and was told I didn't fill the truck up all the way with fuel. even though the level was at the bottom of the filler neck which is dot law. after arguing with that and explaining that I have a cdl lisc and don't believe that the truck should even be on the road with how the brakes pulled and the steering was so loose. they guy stopped fighting it, just called and spoke with a guy and he told us he had no 24 foot trucks for this weekend even though the website said it did. im over these guys
