The town clerk staff are always professional and I have found to be willing to answer any question I ask. Out of my many visits here I have yet to experience anything other than excellent service.
I needed a business license for a grant on a deadline during the pandemic and early voting. They were really busy with early voting but agreed to schedule an appointment for me and it was same day. They took me right away, were very courteous, professional, efficient and I received the license. This was my first time in and I am very pleased.
Where do these employees live? Not in Shrewsbury for sure as I know Shrewsbury is a very respectful community of people..nThe townhall workers are exactly the types one would encounter in Worcester. The workers are not built for a community like Shrewsbury.nVery rude, disrespectful and behave like colonial owners who think they run the town on their dime.nTown office - google the word public servant.
Always helpful with voting matters.
Very rude staff both on the phone and face to face, especially if you are a person of color.nI recommend keep paper copies for everything because their computers are for Facebook purposes only.
