I cannot say enough GREAT things about this place! Sachs is an amazing store and they have the kindest and most compassionate staff. They are family run and they don't try to hustle you for a purchase. My boyfriend and I went there for engagement rings and, after horrible experiences at two places in Boston, they blew us away with their sincerity and professionalism. Neither myself or my boyfriend have any knowledge about rings and they answered all of our questions and never made us feel guilty or judged. We were helped by Julia who spent hours with us finding the perfect band and then diamond (they have a ton of variety). She was very friendly, gave us good advice, and made things affordable. We will definitely be coming back for our wedding bands.

The staff was very detail oriented and they picked out/helped a great deal to find the perfectnMedallion. The free engraving came out awesome and better than expected. Really glad Sachs ins our neighborhood Jewelry store. Will definitely return again.

Rude. Overpriced. Rhodium plating is $60 here vs. $20 at a local competitor: Pope Jewelers on Shrewsbury Street in Worcester--a very nice shop with extremely gracious customer service. Further, three weeks after getting my ring plated here it was yellow again. I returned to have it redone and was lectured on how they would redo it this time, but only as an exception. As if they were doing me a favor instead of fixing their own terrible work. This was not the first off-putting experience I had at this shop. ALL-AROUND TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. WOULD NOT GO BACK.nMy reply to this business's response to my review: No thanks. I'll pass on the PR gesture. I was treated rudely at your business more than once and have no intention of returning.

I worked with Steve 5 years ago when I first purchased my wife's engagement ring. When we wanted to make some changes, I knew I wanted to go back to Steve and I am absolutely glad I did. He's incredibly accommodating and truly cares about his customers. We will continue to go back to Steve for years to come.

As always, the best jewelers in Massachusetts were there to educate and serve. Mark and his team at Sachs treat everyone with kindness, gratitude and courtesy. Their selection is the finest. Their customer care is exceptional. Thank you for another fabulous buying experience.
