This place is great. So much product right on site, such great options. Staff is fast and very courteous. Much better than Lowe's or Home Depot. We've bought flooring here twice and wouldn't go anywhere else!
We purchased floors worth of $3000 and were told that you would get $300 as cash back. We made the purchase on Sep 29th. When I called them today 11/17/2020 they say that we cannot claim it as it more than 45 days. Literally cheating!!! We lost $300.nnUpdate: Sent email to the email address provided by Jessica G on 11/20/2020.nnUpdate: Some one called from customer engagement Team on 11/24 saying they are working on it and will get back to me shortly. I emailed them about the status on 12/1/2020 and i get a reply that they r waiting to hear back on this refund on 12/2/2020.
